Who I Am
I started my career in Management Consulting with Accenture, and moved into Product Management during the dot.com era. I am passionate about building engaging products that organizations rely on to address key business needs and drive better outcomes, while enabling its users to do more with less. Within the Marketing Automation space, I am a recognized leader, authoring articles and delivering keynote presentations.
As a strategic, results-driven, and compassionate Product leader, I have a proven track record of defining and delivering innovative SaaS products and customer value from concept to market. As part of this, I have generated new (and realigned existing) product monetization, packaging, and positioning strategies focused on driving new revenue streams and increasing existing ones.
I have developed and rolled out Product Management processes to maximize output of my teams, ensuring collaboration with Engineering and alignment with development workflows.
I was also a collegiate athlete, having one two national championships while earning 5 All-America honors in the Pole Vault.

Owned strategy and vision of our original CDP, transforming its positioning and GTM strategy to accelerate growth and create strategic differentiation.
Conceived, designed and launched new intelligence product driving $15M of new business in 1st year alone. It was OMC's most successful add-on product ever.
I bring a process focus to Product, introducing streamlined approaches, methods, and clarity to enable highly productive and empowered teams.
Where I've Worked
Tony is an innovative thinker and one of the best Product Leaders that I have had the pleasure of working with. Over the years, Tony has incubated several new revenue-generating products, identified and enacted key competitive product strategies, and has led key product innovations like AI and our Next Gen Marketing Platform - all great revenue drivers for CX Marketing. Tony will be a great Product Leader in any company.
